TECHNICAL / OPERATIONS MANAGER

Tasks / Responsibilities:

Responsible for all technical issues such as Network Planning, Site Acquisition, Network Deployment, Engineering and Operations, IT planning and IT project management, IT operations, equipment selection and Technical Aspects of Regulatory Issues, assuring functioning BSS and OSS, PBX and all other IT platforms.

Head of the technical team, the IT team, the billing team, lead the data security of the local company incl. online projects.

Responsible for network quality and operations, network costs, network equipment purchasing, testing end-user devices and approve for delivery. Undertake regular control of all IT devices (PC, notebook, tablets, servers) used by all employees and managers.

Responsible for 20-30 personnel

Compétences et expérience souhaitées

Education

• Graduate degree University Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications or similar

Job Experience:

• Minimum 10 years job experience in telecommunications or IT
• Radio and Network Planning experience 5 years
• Minimum 5 years management experience with personnel responsibilities

Expertise:

• Broadband communication, IP, wireless, radio, voice, billing, IT projects

Other Skills:

• English in word and writing
• French in word and writing
• Computer skills (complete MS Office)
• Driver license

• Team player with strong communication and people skills
• Capable to work goal oriented, KPI based measurement of him/herself and the team, strongly self-organized and independent in a very dynamic environment
• Strong motivation, flexibility, and resilience
