Job Title : HEAD OF FINANCE and ADMINISTRATION

Location : Abidjan

ICSA is looking for experienced bilingual applicants for the position of Head of Finance and Administration to be responsible for the administrative (non­teaching) and financial services of the School and to assist the Director in the day-to-day running of the school. The chosen candidate will be charged with the smooth operations of Finance, Operations, Human Resources, outsourcing, and all other administrative functions.

Qualifications and Experience :

• Minimum of Bachelor degree in Finance or Business Administration. Preferably the candidate is a CPA or Chartered Accountant.
• Senior level management experience in a growing institution.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; strong analytical, decision-making and planning skills.
• Demonstrates excellent organizational and managerial skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to ensure that the goals and plans of the International Community School of Abidjan are achieved.
