OPPORTUNITE - FINANCE MANAGER

World leading manufacturer with several billion dollar annual sales. To support its growth in West Africa, they have created this new position in the Ivory Coast, reporting directly to the country director.

Descriptif du poste

• Maintain accounting structure based on business needs
• Monthly income controlling related to sales of certified, standard and customer program, plus external funding from donors and customers
• Monthly cost controlling
  • Verification and validation of expenses, payroll, field missions, purchase orders (incl. bills and payment), fuel, temporary staff
  • Stock control and process loss
  • Reclassification for accurate P&L content
• Training of management team and staff involved in cost control
• Monthly purchase and sales volume controlling
• Monthly reporting
  • Finalize local accounts with Accountant
  • Monthly year-end EBIT projection analysis
  • Translate into management and Business Objects Financial accounts and validate with Country Director
  • Report management accounts to Global Controller and Country Director
  • Upload results in system
  • Actual to budget variance analysis leading to management suggestions for Director
• Quarterly intercompany reconciliation, including uploads and management in system
• Support Global Controller and Country Director on annual budget development
• Support Global Controller and Country Director on business development analysis
• Hosting auditors for donor funding and statutory audit
• Supervise Finance Manager/Accountant.
• Supervise Internal Auditor
• Supervise the Legal-IR Manager

Compétences et expérience souhaitées

• Accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA or equivalent)
• Familiar with accounting and ERP software (SAGE, SAP, Tally, TAS, etc.)
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and forecasting
• Minimum 8-10 years professional experience as an accountant or auditor
• Ability to drive improvements in financial performance and quality of management information
• High attention to detail
• Strong work ethics and Communicative
• Interested in sustainable business approaches
• Fluent in French & English.
• Travel in country (25%)
